Professionally-speaking, Wayne has been an international school principal. He has his doctorate in business administration (His dissertation focused on leadership styles, employee satisfaction, and organizational performance within international schools in China and the UAE). Wayne completed his bachelor’s in sociology and master's in educational leadership with Texas principal certification. He has taught, coordinated, coached, and led in schools in the U.S. and China for 20 years.
On a personal note, Wayne was born and raised as a cross-eyed kid in South Africa; he had his final eye surgery before moving to the U.S. for college. His life motto is "be courageous, have compassion, and cultivate connection." Driving with the top down in his '94 BMW E36 is a favorite pastime.
